Valueletes Sports Agency was born out of a simple yet powerful vision: to bridge the gap between raw grassroots talent and professional football careers for young athletes, both male and female. “Side by side, success in focus” is our motto, which highlights that we put the affairs of our athletes first and work towards their success.
Founded by a superteam of former athletes, coaches, licensed agents, and youth advocates, the agency was created to answer a question we saw too often go unanswered: “What happens to young talent when there’s no system to guide them?”
In too many communities across Africa, talented young footballers are overlooked, underdeveloped, or exploited. Many train hard but lack access to structured development, trusted mentorship, and long-term guidance. Others fall through the cracks, missing critical opportunities to grow, not just as athletes, but as people.
Valueletes was launched to change that narrative and bridge the gap that has been left vacant.
